Cancellation prior to the day of delivery will be subject to full refund, less a $10 administration fee, made direct to your credit card.

When your flowers are delivered, if the recipient is not home we will leave the flowers in a safe location out of the weather and out of public view if possible. We will also leave a note saying we have delivered the flowers and where they are.

If the flowers are not able to be left safely, or we are not able to gain access to the delivery location, they will be returned to the florist and the the sender or receiver will be contacted to arrange a new delivery date.

An additional delivery fee may be charged for re-delivery.
